Chief of Police is a 20 year old chick in Mexican Town

Good day everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve spoke my mind in my blogs.

Here’s something that caught my attention, a 20 year old Marisol Valles who is currently studying criminology & would be getting her degree this December was appointed the new Chief of Police in a Mexican town of Praxedis Guadalupe Guerrero in Chihuahua State.

Now where the hell would that be? Chihuahua State? Anyways, this brave Mexican chick has already worked as a police secretary & wanted to work in the force, unexpectedly she was appointed as the new Chief of Police. The town’s Mayor Jose Luis Guerrero said that Valles was the most qualified of all the applicants for the top job.

"To those who say we are naive and she doesn't have the experience, we say that the traditional methods have not worked," said Andres Morales, the mayor's chief of staff.

Same thing is happening here in the Philippines, you bet, traditional methods have not worked. Let’s just see if Aquino can change something. I’m watching you Aquino!

Appointing a student was not a gimmick, said Morales: "We never imagined the kind of attention it would get, but we are not complaining. It helps us send a positive message to the community."

Indeed it had reached me, Valles has inspired me & she’s hot although that has nothing to do with what I’m blogging for^_^. I always love a woman in uniform.

This job title is not a work in the park, as we all know Mexico is a killing zone. Drug cartels are criminal organization developed of controlling drug traffic operations. Drug cartels operate around the countries and that includes Mexico.

These crime syndicates are targeting local officials which lead many towns without leaders. It’s like a demonstration to exert pressure & to show them they lack “LAW & ORDER” (I always wanted to use that word^_^)

I almost forgot to mention these minor concerns, 11 mayors have already died this year due to drug cartels & corrupt border agents where they can easily ship drugs & shit.

You’re probably wondering what happened to the previous police chief, well he was just abducted & beheaded and later found his disfigured head in front of the police station, that incident left the Chief of Police post vacant for 1 year.

Hopefully this hot chick chief won’t be raped & chopped into pieces, I’m not being negative here but good luck to her, she badly needs it.

If it was me, I’d decline the offer but I would put a second thought in joining an Assassination Ops. I’d give up everything, you name it; education, love ones, beliefs & even loosing myself. No one can replace the feeling of pulling the trigger.ahhh…ooops, got carried away for sec^_^

Criminals are criminals

It’s good to be back! I’ve been staying in my closet for quite some time, now it’s time to come out and play.

Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez told the Philippine Daily Inquirer that high-profile prisoners need special quarters separate from common criminals.

“It is a difficult situation to mix them up with the other inmates,” Gonzalez said.

What’s so difficult about that? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out, you just need to pile them up, treat them like a pig because they are criminals in the first place!

The DOJ, Bureau of Corrections and other related authorities regarding the handling of these scumbags (prisoners) always reiterate that some high-profile prisoners should be isolated from what they call “hardened-criminals” that there lives are in peril.

I just don’t get that shit! Let them kill each other, they’re criminals after all. Why bother saving their ass, just let them die, they soon will.

Some convicts do have access to amenities in which the Bureau of Corrections should be questioned about the rules regarding this matter.

Bureau of Corrections is an agency under the Department of Justice which deals with national prisoners.

Gonzales noted that as a “general rule,” all inmates of the maximum security compound should be similarly situated.

Let’s face it, criminals are criminals, there should be no special treatment given to these scumbags, they reap what they saw, they should suffer behind bars without pleasure!

"All-out peace," she said..

As I was watching the news, it caught my attention when Arroyo said "So I say to the whole world, there is no all-out war. What we’re doing, we’re doing for all-out peace in Mindanao," in a speech at Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga province on Monday.

Arroyo said that the reasons why the military forces are on the “offense mode” is to arrest those responsible for the ruthless attacks in provinces of Lanao del Norte and North Cotabato, particularly two MILF Commanders Ameril Umbra Kato and Abdurahman Macapaar alias Commander Bravo.

Are you fucking kidding me? Despite the recent commotions that had happened lately in Mindanao, Arroyo still insists that the government’s priority is still the peace process with the MILF.

Let’s drop the “Peace Talk act,” let’s kill these mother fuckers for good! The number of casualties in Mindanao is increasing and she’s just going to say an all-out peace?

That doesn’t make any sense at all. It should’ve been an ALL-OUT WAR! Our government’s troops should not just focus on the two commanders who have been causing mayhem in Mindanao, particularly in Lanao del Norte and North Cotabato.

We must completely annihilate the MILF.

I totally disagree with the idea that we’re going to negotiate with these Mother Fuckers! Primitive! Barbaric! Scums!

Kindly answer the recent poll if you think the war will end in Mindanao if the governmernt tries to negotiate with the MILF by giving them what they want? Thank You!

The Fatal Price of MOA

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the government and the MILF wasn’t a good idea to resolve the long conflict in Mindanao as things gets out of hand. The government officials should’ve thoroughly analyzed and anticipated the outcome of what I’d call a “Treaty” whereas it should’ve not been that way in the first place.

As you’ve seen lately in the news, MILF’s forces and the government’s troops have been battling it out in Mindanao for quite some time now, not minding the innocent lives that had been lost. Now, MILF chief Ebrahim Murad seeks help from Malaysia to bring back the stalled peace talks as they’re the one who are hosting peace negotiations between the Philippines and the MILF.

"War is among the options. It is part of the struggle. The MILF is determined to continue that struggle," said Murad in a meeting with reporters at a MILF camp near his town in the southern Philippines.

MILF chief Murad wants peace talks to halt both groups from blasting each guts off however, government’s spokesman Anthony Golez said that "they cannot use peace negotiations as a shield for their criminal acts."

That’s exactly what I had in mind! They urge to advocate peace talks but it’s obviously just a diversion. They tend to deceive the people by having peace talks so that they can hide their root reasons and get away with their faults.

Murad wants peace talks so badly but how come he can’t advise his primitive and barbaric troops (MILF) to drop their weapons so that the war would end. Murad mentioned that war is among their options, then how are you supposed to exercise peace whereas one of your options is war!

They should be the one’s who should take the initiative since they are so eager to revive the agreement by having peace talks.

Kindly answer the recent poll if you think the war will end in Mindanao if the governmernt tries to negotiate with the MILF by giving them what they want? Thank You!

Will there be blood again?

The Philippine’s recent commotion is about the filed petition against the signing of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) on ancestral domain.

The outcome of the MOA should have been the creation of Bangsamoro Juridical Entity (BJE) in which it will expand the current Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) for “social inclusions” of more than 700 villages to which they will vote in a “direct democracy” whereby the qualified voters can decide whether they want to be part of the new territory.

North Cotabato Vice Governor Emmanuel Piñol is not down with this idea. He’s people are harassed, threatened, kidnapped by the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and even burned down several houses.

He filed a petition to the Supreme Court which immediately issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) that impeded the scheduled signing of the MOA on Tuesday.

You probably don’t give a fuck to this “MOA-thing” but take note, if this shit is approved, it’s like a treaty between the MILF and the government. It’s like a creation of a new state within the republic of the Philippines.

Treaty: a written agreement between TWO STATES or sovereigns.

Since when did the Philippines become two states? MILF wants a new state in which they will be the ones who will govern it. That is an outrage! F-U-C-K-I-N-G BULLSHIT! Why give these bandits a chance where in the first place they are the scum of the society that sucks the blood of our “brethrens”.

To even mess up things, former AFP Chief and current Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Hermogenes Esperon Jr. said to Vice Governor Piñol that if a (TRO) is issued, the military won’t defend North Cotabato from the MILF.

This fucked-up badly for Senator Roxas as he called President Arroyo to get rid of her peace adviser. In an interview, the Senator said that the people are clueless for this MOA.

An update to these latest commotions that the government had given the MILF an ultimatum in which they should leave the occupied areas in North Cotabato within 24-hours. If this ultimatum is not met then the military and police would be “authorized to undertake action”.

More like a “license to kill”. Even if getting this type of “license” is costly, I would not mind because I get to kill the people that I want. That would be sweet! I’m going to “paint the town red” with BLOOD!

Anyways, enough of me being psycho, let’s just hope there will be no bloodshed again between the government and the MILF.

Kindly answer the recent poll if you think the MOA is a smart move by the government. Thank You!

Will Erap make a difference in 2010 Presidential Election?

Talk of the town that Erap might run for 2010 Presidential Election but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

If this mumbo jumbo runs again, it’d be apocalypse for the country. It would strike us like a lightning and we might not know what hit us!

Former President Estrada said that "If opposition presidential wannabes cannot agree on one candidate, I will run myself. More than one candidate will split opposition votes and they will therefore lose to the administration candidate."

There were some legal issues since Estrada was given pardon by Arroyo. Part of the “bargain” was not being able to run again.

Pulse Asia conducted a nationwide poll based on a July 1 to 14 survey with 1,200 adults. It had a margin of error of plus/minus 3 percent.

Below are the results of the said survey:

Noli De Castro (The Humble Guy) - 22%
Joseph Estrada (The Ex-Convict) - 16%
Senator Francis Escudero (The Bamboo look-alike) - 14%
Senator Loren Legarda (The Bitch) - 14%
Senator Manuel Villar (The Old Guy) - 12%
Senator Manuel Roxas (The Bachelor Forever Guy) - 8%
Senator Panfilo Lacson ( The Philippine's Mafia+Yakuza Guy) - 5%

In an interview with political analyst Tony Gatmaitan, he said that it’s no surprise why Estrada is back in “The MASA” mind, he further explains that it’s a reflection of the people’s nostalgic feeling in these hard times.

"People feel poor. Who will they look to? They’ll look to somebody who they trust," he said. "It’s a question of credibility to the poor, not pro-poor programs."

Is it just me or does the above statements make us dumb? People would want to choose a former leader (Estrada) that had a plunder case and was even convicted over a clearly misunderstood leader (Arroyo) but has some good points though, and she is obviously much more capable of running the country.

"He’s been there before. All the others are still to be proven, " Gatmaitan said. Estrada is the man to beat if he’d run for 2010 Presidential slot.

He’s been there alright and had proven something; he is a BIG DISGRACE! and a HUGE FAILURE!

I’ve got to say this, majority of the Filipinos are stupid! No wonder why foreign people often look down on us. Most would say that we’re “Monkeys!”

Satisfied by Arroyo's SONA?

We’ve heard about the so-called “annual litany of deceit” yesterday during Arroyo’s 8th State of the Nation Address by a Joint Session of Congress at the House of Representatives of the Philippines.

President Arroyo tackled critical issues that the country is facing right now. Issues ranging from Economic growth, Energy, Social Justice, Education to Anti-Corruption. Arroyo also showed graph presentations showing statistics proving her governance had improved the well-being of “Juan Dela Cruz’.

Many were dumbfounded in listening to President Arroyo’s State of the Nation Address. These so-called statistics that the President showed are fictitious, said Senator Lacson. It was quite funny when Senator Pia Caetano described the SONA as “Enchanted”, full of fairy tales! Dwelling from that given statement, I probably would say that Arroyo is a greedy little dwarf along with her allied minions applauding during her speech.

The much anticipated topic about VAT whether Arroyo will remove it or not since others would say that this is the cause of all high prices. Majority of the Filipino feels that VAT is a burden and must be removed.

But Arroyo noted “Take away the VAT and we strip our people of the means to ride out the world food and energy crisis.”

“Leadership is not about doing the first easy thing that comes to mind: It is about doing what is necessary, however hard, “ Arroyo said.

From my own understanding, she stated this since Filipinos are always complaining that they did not feel any improvement despite Arroyo’s efforts. Maybe Arroyo is looking at a bigger picture here, performing drastic measures for the future of “Juan Dela Cruz” even though many disapproved for her odd “tactics” in running the government.
